Free shipping is available for selected products and delivery locations as part of this promotion.

• While we strive to offer free shipping, a surcharge may apply to certain suburbs due to distance, regional access, or courier limitations.
• Our team will contact you if your location is not covered under our standard free shipping zones to discuss delivery options and applicable surcharges.

• In some cases, you may be offered the option to collect your item from a nearby depot instead of door-to-door delivery.
• Please note: Depot pickup is only available from selected depots, and a surcharge may still apply depending on the depot location and handling fees.
• You will be notified of any depot-related surcharges before dispatch.

• B.W. Machinery reserves the right to hold off dispatch of your order until all applicable surcharges are paid in full.

Shipping

Freight charges will be shown at checkout*. We partner with Australia Post and Direct Freight Express for small parcel deliveries and use TNT Express, Direct Freight Express as well as Big Post for large and bulky items.

Local depot collection may be required in some regional areas.

*The shipping amount shown at checkout is an estimate. Additional charges may incur outside of the shipping cost quoted, these include tailgate service charges, redeliveries and remote area surcharges. In such cases, the customer will be contacted after an order is received.

Pick Up

All products can be picked up from our stores at no extra charge. Please note that some products are only available from specific stores (a special note will be placed on the product page in this case).

Assembly service is available for in-store pick ups only. Fees may apply.

Dispatch

Once an order is received, B.W. Machinery will aim to despatch the goods within 1-2 business days. In cases where the products are on backorder, delivery may be delayed and the customer will be notified

Re-delivery

Buyers have full responsibility to provide the correct address and sign for delivery. If for any reason we miss you on the delivery day, and the driver doesn’t deem it safe to leave the item, a card will be left for you to call the depot to collect the item. A second delivery may incur extra charges.
