Exchange & Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as B.W. Machinery does not offer exchanges or refunds where you have simply changed your mind, or made a wrong selection.
Please notify us as soon as possible if your order has been damaged in transit. Please email the photos to admin@bwmachinery.com.au. Once received and processed, we will either arrange a replacement to you or issue a refund. The returned goods must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
Refunds for in-store purchases will be processed by any relevant B.W. Machinery stores.
Items must be in its original sale condition (unworn, undamaged, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached).
Online orders will be processed by our Customer Care Team at Cheltenham and will normally be completed within 3 business days.
Please note:
The buyer will be responsible for the actual return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit (videos or pictures must be provided as proof).
