Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as B.W. Machinery does not offer exchanges or refunds where you have simply changed your mind, or made a wrong selection.

Damages in Transit

B.W. Machinery provides a 14 day return policy from the day of invoice on all items. If the item is damaged in transit, we will either arrange a replacement to you or issue a refund. The returned goods must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals. 

Refunds or Exchange

Refunds for in-store purchases will be processed by any relevant B.W. Machinery stores.

Online orders will be processed by our Customer Care Team at Cheltenham and will normally be issued within 3 business days.
