Really impressive delivery - ordered GreatBull GBD601 chipper and mulcher on Monday and received near Brisbane on Wednesday. Carrier comms were excellent allowing me to update delivery instructions.Need some help from their support and they answered my email at midnight on a Saturday. Also gave solution the following Sunday afternoon.Great folk to do business with - and the chipper is pretty good too.

Very happy with the service of BW Machinery. I had an issue on check-out so I called them. My call was answered by a real human. My problem was quickly solved and I placed my order. I explained I had a deadline I was trying to meet. So they shipped same day, despite it being late afternoon and also gave solid advise on how to save money on shipping while also getting the goods on time. Very good service. The log splitter we bought does the job well. It's robust and very solid,30 ton,and easily splits 500 to 600 mm rounds of redgum,grey box,red box, bulloak. Paired with a honda engine. No dramas👍👍
