4. Price Match Approval – Once verified, we will match the competitor’s price for your purchase.

Terms & Conditions

To ensure fairness, the Price Match Guarantee applies under the following conditions:

The product must be identical (brand, model, colour and specifications).
The competitor must be an authorized Australian retailer with a physical store.
The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
The price must be in Australian dollars and include any delivery or service fees.
The price match request must be made before purchase

Exclusions

Prices from auction sites, marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon), clearance sales, liquidation sales, or unauthorized resellers.
Items on special promotions, bundle deals, cashback offers, or price errors.
Wholesale, commercial, or bulk pricing.
