Purchased the boxed version LS 30 log splitter. With the supplied instructions assembly was straight -forward and easy. Like those before me, if you assemble it on you own, some kind of lifting device is required or a few extra helping hands.The unit itself is excellent, well built, quiet running, and effective beyond measure.Credit goes to staff members. All with whom I dealt with were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.In summary, BW Machinery is an excellent company to do business with.

Purchased a Greatbull chipper and it's fantastic! Included was important safety gear and clear and easy instructions for those who are too lazy to study a booklet like me. Purchased a Shindaiwa 731sx online from this shop. I haven't got any complaints about their service. They very communicative as they had to contact me over the phone about a small issue. Not a great deal to say really: I paid, they delivered. With all the scams going on these days where you pay money, and then someone takes it and runs, why not just give honest people 5 stars? They get 5 start from me!
