Very happy with the service of BW Machinery. I had an issue on check-out so I called them. My call was answered by a real human. My problem was quickly solved and I placed my order. I explained I had a deadline I was trying to meet. So they shipped same day, despite it being late afternoon and also gave solid advise on how to save money on shipping while also getting the goods on time.
