DESCRIPTION:

The powerful STIHL FSA 110 R battery brushcutter from the STIHL AP System is suitable for professional mowing work in small businesses, such as building management, and for demanding work in domestic settings. It impresses with its combination of good cutting performance and low weight, for example when mowing medium-high grass, trimming hard-to-reach areas and cutting lawn edges. The STIHL FSA 110 R is particularly convenient thanks to the Rapid Click System. This allows you to remove the mowing head quickly and easily at the touch of a button. With Advanced EasySpool, the mowing head can be conveniently wound with a new line by hand.

The brushless EC motor can be controlled directly on the control handle via a variable speed control with 2 speed settings. For simpler tasks such as trimming lawn edges, select a lower speed in ECO mode (level 1). This will result in lower energy consumption and can extend the battery life. For more complex work, such as mowing thick grass, you can use the STIHL FSA 110 R’s full speed simply by switching to level 2 using the slide switch. The speed adjusts automatically to the cutting attachment being used and is infinitely variable. In addition, intelligent electronics make it possible for the FSA 110 R to work at constant high, full power regardless of the charge level of the battery.

Compact and well-balanced, the STIHL FSA 110 R enables flexible working with plenty of freedom of movement thanks to its loop handle with soft component. This is particularly evident in clearing work in confined spaces, when mowing between trees and shrubs and in other narrow areas. In addition, the tool-free adjustable loop handle allows easy adjustment to your height, so that you always have an ergonomic working position.

The FSA 110 R battery brushcutter operates so quietly that you can work without hearing protection and even in noise-sensitive areas, for example, schools, hospitals and city parks.

The STIHL FSA 110 R comes as standard with the STIHL AutoCut C 12-2 line mowing head, which can be replaced without tools. The tool-free STIHL PolyCut 12-2 mowing head with plastic blades is also available as an optional accessory. You can hang the STIHL FSA 110 R on the wall using the practical carrying ring.

RAPID CLICK SYSTEM

MOWING HEAD REMOVABLE WITH THE PRESS OF A BUTTON. With the intuitive Rapid Click System, you just need to press a button: the AutoCut line mowing head is immediately in your hand, which makes winding it even easier. When using the PolyCut mowing head, the plastic blades can also be changed quickly and easily by hand. Then, with just a “click”, the mowing head is securely remounted and the brushcutter is ready to start.

ADVANCED EASYPOOL

WIND THE MOWING HEAD QUICKLY AND EASY. Thanks to the large orange disc handle, the mowing head can be comfortably wound without tools – either directly on the power tool, or after removal with the push of a button, in which case the mowing line can simply be wound on in your hand

TOOL-FREE ADJUSTABLE LOOP HANDLE

FLEXIBLE ADJUSTMENT, FLEXIBLE MOWING. The loop handle can be quickly and easily adjusted without tools for an ergonomic working position adapted to your height. In addition, the optimised geometry of the loop handle supports flexible working with plenty of freedom to maneuver and precise guidance of your power tool in different mowing situations

POWER LEVELS

PERFORMANCE SUITABLE FOR THE TASK. With the help of a simple slider, you can set 2 different power levels. At level 1, you reduce the power (Eco mode) and extend the battery life. Level 2 allows you to call up the full power of the engine. This means that you can either work particularly energy-efficiently or use all the power of the device when you need it.

SINGLE-HANDED MULTI-FUNCTION HANDLE WITH SPEED CON

EASY ADJUSTMENT OF POWER TOOL PERFORMANCE. Quickly and conveniently adjust the speed of your power tool to the respective work situation. Doing so reduces energy consumption at low speeds, and in this way extends the battery runtime. The practical control handle with speed control allows you to make the relevant adjustment without having to change your grip or pause work.

STIHL ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM

Intense vibration at the handles of power tools can lead to longer-term effects of blood vessels in the hands and arms. STIHL have therefore developed an effective anti-vibration system where by the oscillations from the machines engine are dampened which significantly reduces vibrations at the handles.

FOR SAFE STORAGE. The power tool has an integrated carrying ring. This allows you to store your power tool safely and compactly.

IPX4 CERIFIED

SPLASHWATER PROTECTION. The IPX protection classes define the moisture protection of electrical or electronic devices. The moisture protection test is defined in different stages. IPX4 certifies protection against splashwater from all sides. Battery-powered tools with this certification are therefore designed for daily use, even in rainy conditions.

POWER LEVELS

INTEGRATION INTO STIHL CONNECTED. The power tool is compatible with the Smart Connector, meaning it can be integrated into the STIHL connected system. Once you have attached a Smart Connector to the power tool, after one-time commissioning it will record the power tool’s operating hours and transmit them to the STIHL connected App via Bluetooth. In addition to displaying the operational time, the app also provides an overview of all necessary maintenance, ensuring that you do not overlook important upkeep and that your power tool is always in a ready-to-use condition. CONSTANT POWER

When using other brands of battery tools, the performance can sometimes decrease during work as the battery discharges. This isn't the case with STIHL battery-powered tools.
