As a professional, the STIHL FSA 200 R battery brushcutter offers you optimum support for garden and landscape maintenance or for tasks in public enterprises. The loop handle enables a high degree of flexibility when mowing on slopes or uneven terrain. The compact design also supports a high degree of freedom of movement between trees and shrubs and in other confined spaces. The low noise emissions of the FSA 200 R from STIHL also make it possible to work in noise-sensitive areas.

A powerful EC motor, the optimised, ergonomic control handle and the 450 mm mowing circle help you maintain your lawn effectively, particularly when cutting grass and scrub. Depending on the application, speed adjustment is infinitely variable, so that you can work efficiently with your battery brushcutter. In addition, you have the option of setting 3 speed levels in order to work as energy-efficiently as possible. The energy-saving mode is indicated by an LED directly on the control handle. Thanks to the quick-mounting system, the loop handle can be easily adjusted to your height so that an ergonomic working position can be achieved at all times. You can also quickly fit or remove the barrier bar.

The air filter on the robust housing supports engine cooling and thus a long service life for the brushcutter. It is easy to clean. The power tool housing of the FSA 200 R is designed for a STIHL Smart Connector 2 A. The brushcutter is equipped with the STIHL AutoCut C 26–2 mowing head as standard. Depending on your requirements, you can use the STIHL FSA 200 R with various STIHL cutting tools. You can either use metal cutting tools such as a STIHL brush knife, 3 blades or different mowing heads such as the STIHL PolyCut 28-2.

All battery power tools within the STIHL AP-System have been designed for professional users and daily work, even in adverse weather conditions. For this reason, they are certified as splashproof. The effectiveness of this is also verified through demanding internal tests. The splashwater test is aligned with the IPX4 standard, among others. For the STIHL FSA 200 R, the splash guard that has already been proven by internal testing has also been certified according to IPX4 protection class.

FOR SAFE WORK IN SMALL SPACES. The loop handle ensures good manoeuvrability of your power tool, even in confined spaces. The barrier bar protects you by ensuring your feet and legs cannot come too close to blades or mowing heads during work.

STIHL ANTI-VIBRATION SYSTEM

Intense vibration at the handles of power tools can lead to longer-term effects of blood vessels in the hands and arms. STIHL have therefore developed an effective anti-vibration system where by the oscillations from the machines engine are dampened which significantly reduces vibrations at the handles.

BATTERY COMPARTMENT IN THE MOTOR CASING

DIRECT POWER SUPPLY TO THE POWER TOOL. With this power tool, you can insert the required battery from the STIHL AP-System directly into the engine housing. This increases your mobility and flexibility when working.

LED CHARGE-LEVEL INDICATOR

FOR GOOD PLANNABILITY. At the push of a button, the LED charge-level indicator will inform you at any time about your battery’s remaining capacity. This allows you to efficiently plan working hours and charge the battery in good time.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT

COMPATIBLE WITH THE SMART CONNECTOR 2A. You can mount a Smart Connector 2 A in the housing of the power tool at the dedicated position. Once installed, this connects to the control unit and transmits valuable power tool data to your smartphone or tablet that is within range.
