The STIHL HSA 60 battery hedge trimmer within the STIHL AK Battery System, is the most powerful hedge trimmer in STIHL’s AK range. Its durable EC engine makes the HSA 60 a very high-performing hedge trimmer for home users.

Quickly and efficiently prune larger garden hedges and feel the benefit of its optimum balance and comfortable, ergonomic operation.

The multi-function handle turns 90° to the left or right at the push of a button, making it easy for you to prune high hedges ergonomically in different directions.
The laser-cut, diamond-groand and hardened cutting blades enable you to cut and trim precisely and quickly. The teardrop-shaped blade geometry with 34 mm tooth spacing, holds branches in the cutting blade and cuts cleanly with excellent performance.

The HSA 60 features a loop handle, anti-block system, STIHL’s anti-vibration system, screw-on tip protector and long bar length of 60cm.

STIHL recommend the AK 10 battery however, the HSA 60 can be used with the AK 20 or AK 30.

ROTATABLE MULTI-FUNCTION HANDLE

ERGONOMIC, COMFORTABLE WORKING. The rotatable multi-function handle enables precise and comfortable cutting with your hedge trimmer, both at your side and at head height. It can be rotated 90° to the left and right, and so is also suitable for left-handed and right-handed users. This means the power tool is always in the most ergonomically effective position in your hand.

TEARDROP-SHAPED SHRUB CUTTER

FOR AN OPTIMAL CUTTING RESULT. With the teardrop-shaped shrub cutter, you can achieve optimum results when trimming and shaping your shrubs. The teardrop shape reliably holds stems in the blade so that you can cut precisely. At the same time, the two-sided blades of the shrub cutter ensure high cutting performance.

EC ENGINE

LOW-MAINTENANCE AND EFFICIENT. Thanks to its compact design, low weight and high efficiency, the EC engine enables you to work in an energy efficient manner. This engine also has a long service life.

CARRYING RING

FOR SAFE STORAGE. The power tool has an integrated carrying ring. This allows you to store your power tool safely and compactly.

PRUNING SYSTEM

UNIVERSAL CUTTING SYSTEM FOR HEDGE TRIMMERS. The pruning system enables you to trim and prune with just one hedge trimmer. The single-sided and double-sided cutter blades produce a very clean cut when trimming, while the optimum sharpening angle facilitates high cutting performance. Due to the large tooth spacing, you can also prune your hedge effectively.

BLADE SCABBARD

FOR SAFE TRANSPORT AND PROTECTED STORAGE. Transport and store your hedge trimmer and shrub shears safely and securely with the tailor-made blade scabbard.

TWO-HAND CONTROL

FOR EASY START-UP. You can start the power tool easily by simultaneously pressing the switches on the loop handle and on the rear handle. Two-hand control can be operated by right-handed or left-handed users.

FUNCTIONAL DESIGN
