The STIHL RLA 240 cordless lawn aerator is ideal for scarifying or combing smaller lawns that incorporate awkward shapes.

With a working width of 34 cm, the power tool combines high manoeuvrability with efficiency – especially on awkwardly shaped lawns. You can always choose whether to use the scarifying unit to score the turf for better aeration or to comb dead grass and moss out of the lawn using the spring tine roller. Just attach your preferred lawn care work tool in a few simple steps, steplessly adjust the working depth, and start scarifying or combing your lawn. The plant waste is collected in the 50-litre grass collection box.

The STIHL RLA 240 has a lightweight and robust polymer housing to facilitate effortless working with high stability, while smooth-running wheels make the cordless lawn aerator extremely easy to navigate. The folding handlebar and two integrated carry handles make transport easy. A spring mechanism ensures the lithium-ion battery can be effortlessly removed for charging or storage.

FEATURES:

Easy-running wheels

The easy-running wheels of the STIHL lawn scarifiers are equipped with a traction and directional stability tread pattern. This makes the scarifiers easy to manoeuvre during lawn aeration and gives them good grip.

Working depth adjustment

The working depth of the blades can be adjusted in six stages using the ergonomically shaped rotary handle on the housing. Both the scarifying unit and aerator roller of the STIHL lawn scarifiers can be adapted to the terrain and conveniently lowered or raised using the rotary switch.

Carrying handle

The housing of the STIHL lawn scarifier features an integrated carrying handle. It can be used to tilt or load the machine with ease. The carrying handle also acts as an impact protector and protects the housing of the scarifier when the machine makes contact with obstacles on the lawn.

SPRING TINE ROLLER

RELIABLY REMOVES MOSS AND LAWN THATCH. With the metal spring tines of this roller, you can easily remove moss and lawn thatch without cutting into the turf. To do so, simply attach the spring tine roller to your STIHL lawn aerator in place of the scarifying unit, using standard tools.

Foldable handlebar

Thanks to the foldable handlebar, STIHL lawn scarifiers can be easily cleaned and compactly stored.

Polymer housing

The polymer housing of the STIHL lawn scarifiers is made from an especially sturdy polymer. The material is resistant to impact as well as heat and UV.
