Absolutely best service and price , Rocky the store manager went through every detail of my brush cutter so I got the correct one for my needs , when I walked in I was greeted by 3 of the staff in a friendly manner (even though they were busy with machinery at the time) , all over it was a 10 out of 10 experience, and with the great advice I got it cost less than I had expected

Fantastic service! Called from South Australia before purchasing a new lawn mower to confirm they had the mower in stock as it seemed to be sold out everywhere, and we had had some very unhelpful service in Adelaide at a different company, but the man at BW Machinery was very nice and explained everything about the delivery of the Masport mower and said they are open 7 days to call them if we need any assistance. We purchased the mower and had some questions when starting it and again got a very nice guy on the phone who helped us. The mower is great, thank you for your help would definitely recommend.

Purchased the boxed version LS 30 log splitter. With the supplied instructions assembly was straight -forward and easy. Like those before me, if you assemble it on you own, some kind of lifting device is required or a few extra helping hands.The unit itself is excellent, well built, quiet running, and effective beyond measure.Credit goes to staff members. All with whom I dealt with were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.In summary, BW Machinery is an excellent company to do business with.
