I required a replacement victa lawnmower back wheel. I found their website with chat facility. Spoke to a service consultant because I wasn’t sure the back wheel model and specially the size. I badly needed my mower serviced, I couldn't lift it myself, so their pickup/delivery service, although not cheap was a life and back saver. The reason I am giving them 5 stars is that on the day of pick up I was expecting them at 3pm. They called to say they were ready earlier, and I was in the middle of finishing the lawns before the hot weather arrived in the next few days. I called to say I hadn't finished. But, this is what's impressive about them: They came after their work hours, close to 8pm to accomodate me, he had a smile on his face, and no complaints. I will be rewarding them with my business next time, just for that. That is above and beyond for me. And the price didn't change for the accomodation either. Really good business acumen. The lawnmower came back sounding less like a whiney cat, and more like a lawnmower. They did a brilliant job, and the lawnmower was cleaner looking than when they picked it up. Thanks a million BW!!
