The STIHL HSA 45 battery hedge trimmer is part of the STIHL AI-Line and has a compact and ergonomic design. This battery hedge trimmer is particularly lightweight, making it ideal for private users dealing with spontaneous small jobs in the garden. Including the permanently integrated lithium-ion battery, the STIHL HSA 45 weighs just 2.3 kg. If you notice that the battery charge level is low, you can charge the power tool using the cable supplied.

The handy LED cluster on the tool allows you to view the charge level directly. Thanks to its electric motor, the STIHL HSA 45 battery hedge trimmer is so quiet that you can even use it in noise-sensitive areas. The single-sided cutting blade also helps you to work efficiently. The integrated cut protection supports safe working, while the screw-on tip protector protects the cutting attachment when working close to the ground. The soft handle with gear lever is very comfortable to hold and the two-handed control unit supports safe working. The STIHL HSA 45 hedge trimmer has a bar length of 50 cm.

The hedge trimmer is equipped with an activation key, which must be inserted into the key slot for operation. For safety reasons, the activation key must be removed for transport, maintenance, repair and storage and should also be kept out of the reach of children. INTEGRATED BATTERY CELLS

COMPACT AND ERGONOMIC. The battery cells of this power tool are permanently integrated directly into the housing. This has made it possible to use a very slim and compact power tool housing design, and means you can work with an ideally balanced device. It makes your work highly ergonomic and means you can spend more time using this power tool without fatigue. In addition, you do not need a separate charger to charge the battery cells; the supplied charging cable is all that’s required.

LED CHARGE-LEVEL INDICATOR

FOR GOOD PLANNABILITY. At the push of a button, the LED charge-level indicator will inform you at any time about your battery’s remaining capacity. This allows you to efficiently plan working hours and charge the battery in good time.

PRUNING SYSTEM

UNIVERSAL CUTTING SYSTEM FOR HEDGE TRIMMERS. The pruning system enables you to trim and prune with just one hedge trimmer. The single-sided and double-sided cutter blades produce a very clean cut when trimming, while the optimum sharpening angle facilitates high cutting performance. Due to the large tooth spacing, you can also prune your hedge effectively.

TIP PROTECTOR

PREVENTS DAMAGE. The tip protector prevents damage to the blades and it also makes it easier to cut close to the ground or along walls.

ACTIVATION KEY

SECURE TRANSPORT AND STORAGE. Removing the activation key from the power tool protects against accidental start-up. This means you can clean, transport and store your battery power tool safely and without risk. Once the activation key is removed, the power tool is completely de-energised. If you want to start up the power tool, insert the key into the power tool and use it to reactivate the power supply.
